Hi, My name is Amanda and I am the proud owner of Amanda’s Kitchen. I started up in July 2002 after months of juggling finances and quiet contemplation of ‘Should I?’ , ‘Shouldn’t I?’ ‘Could I?’... 17 years later I’m still here smiling and making the freshest, most delicious sarnies fit for champions! Just a little about me... I’m very determined , independent and my business is run like a military operation. I would say I’m also passionate to a fault and feisty to boot. The other side of me adores animals (maybe a few untouchable species in there somewhere though). Nature amazes me, and fireworks and fairy lights make me all fuzzy. My favourite sandwich would be cheese and onion, cheese is defiantly food of the Gods! Finally as a born and bred ‘Fromie’ , I love my town and am proud to be a business owner in this independent traders market town, lets hope I can be here for many more years to come.
